Who we are

What Tessera does

Tessera is a tool to make and test variants of your web pages. Tessera is meant for businesses and freelancers, not for consumers.

Your account

You create an account with a confirmed email address. You are responsible for your login and for what happens with your account.

Plans and payment

There is a free plan and paid monthly plans. The prices on the pricing page exclude VAT.

A paid plan runs per month and renews automatically. Online payment is coming soon; until then we arrange a paid plan by email and invoice.

Credits

You only use credits for AI in the Studio. Traffic, measuring and the script never cost credits.

The credits of your plan are valid for one month. Credits have no monetary value, are not refunded and are not transferable.

Cancelling

You can cancel monthly. Your plan runs until the end of the paid month.

After that you can still view your data, but no longer change anything. Running experiments keep running until you remove the script from your site or ask us to stop them.

Refunds

We do not refund a month that has started, even if you cancel halfway.

If something went wrong on our side, for example a double payment, we refund it. Email us and we will sort it out.

Your site and your visitors

You only use Tessera on sites you manage. You are responsible for the content of your variants, for your cookie banner and for informing your visitors.

What you make stays yours. The AI can make mistakes: check a variant before you publish it.

Availability

We do our best to keep Tessera available at all times, but cannot guarantee it. If Tessera is briefly unreachable, your visitors simply see your original page.

Liability

Our liability is limited to what you paid for Tessera in the last twelve months. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue.

Changes

If these terms change on an important point, we will let you know by email at least thirty days in advance.

Law

Belgian law applies. In case of a dispute we first look for a solution together; if that fails, the courts of the registered office of 7thloop have jurisdiction.
